LTS have an extensive range of machinery moving skates where by the combination of various trolley modules can move extremely heavy loads. Normally heavy loads such as machines, construction elements, steel fabrications, etc can be transported by means of a stable three-point system. However exceptionally large loads or loads with unusual centre of gravity can be moved using a four-point system.
Our CL Series Vertical Hinged Lifting Clamp is suitable for lifting, turning (180 degrees) and vertical transfer of steel plates and constructions. It is fitted with a locking device and a hinged hoisting eye which can move in all directions so as to enable the user to place and lift the load from any direction. We stock a capacity range of 500kgs to 3000kgs and the maximum thickness of plate that can be lifted is 30mm.
We can supply a range of heavy duty snatch blocks with loading capacity from 2 tonnes to 15 tonnes. They suit wire rope diameters from 7mm to 26mm and have shackle or hook type top fittings.
Pallet trucks of 2500kgs Safe Working Load make up our standard offering. They are manufactured from super strong tell structure frames with quality bushing at key points and tapered tips with entry guide roller. Higher capacity hand pallet trucks are available upon request.
Hand operated Chain Block Hoists are versatile and have numerous applications in a variety of industries. Light weight 500kg chain blocks to heavy multiple fall hoists with capacities up to 50 tonnes SWL are available. Normal ‘Heights of Lift’ (HOL) are 3 metres, 6metres and 10 metres, other HOL are available and can be manufactured to order.
Lever Hoists can be used for lifting, pulling or lashing down of heavy pieces of plant. Lifting Tackle Suppliers keep 0.5 tonne to 6 tonne SWL capacity with standard 1.5 metre HOL.
Manual Push or Geared Trolleys from 0.5 tonne to 5 tonne SWL are available to suit flange width of runway beams designed to compatible capacities. Larger capacities are available upon request. Warning: Do not use these items in an explosive environment.
Adjustable Beam Clamps are the quickest and most efficient form of static beam attachment. We have a range with Safe Working Load capacities of 1000kgs to 5000kgs which allow attachment of chain block hoists or lever hoists.
